Cant write tickets!!, help desk dont work

I need help installing wordpress and discuz!!! since 4 days, i cant install my blog and my forum!!! i upload all correctly, but it not show the installation procces!! i intalling these software a lot of times!!!! but since 4 days, i cant reinstall..... Please help!
